FIMA CONDUCTS CAREER GUIDANCE

Under the banner of Federation of Indian Muslim Associations (FIMA) its member associations Chiplun Muslim Welfare Society (CMWS), Furus Welfare Society (FWS) & The Young Relief Fund of Thakurwadi (YRFT) successfully conducted Career Guidance Program on April 13, 2012 in SIMS-Salmiya Indian Model School, Salmiya.

Education is very important & integral part of overall community development. In Career Planning, education after or even 2-3 years before 12th Standard is very important. Career Guidance is very important to choose the educational stream & professional education. Students are generally in dilemma with regards to professional education and career opportunities at their disposal. More confusing it could be, if more choices are available at your disposal & no proper guidance. One may take up an improper educational stream for him/her due to ignorance or lack of awareness. The seminar on Career Guidance was envisioned by FIMA and its 3 member associations to enlighten students & to help them make right career choices and hence right educational stream. With this outlook in mind FIMA organized a seminar on Career Guidance and cordially invited students & their parents by approaching all Indian Schools’ managements & by announcements in media & emails.
